Empire Legends

Every week is a season.

A baseball card game with a simulation behind it. Collect real players from every era, build a club from your collection, and play a full season every week against other managers and their collections. Draft on Sunday. Play all week on the half-hour heartbeat. October on Saturday. Then it begins again.

Free to play. Your account is the same one that opens the analytics toolkit.

How a week works

Sunday the draft. Monday first pitch. Saturday October.

The week: the draft on Sunday, 162 games on the half-hour heartbeat through Friday, October on Saturday
The rooms

Three ways to play.

Play

Quick Draft

Open thirteen packs, keep two from each, and take the 26-man club you kept into a knockout run against real clubs from the Hall of Fame. One run, no do-overs. Quick Draft cards never enter your collection, which keeps it a fair test of drafting.

The League

The Legends League

Thirty clubs in two conferences, yours against twenty-nine other managers and their collections, a full season every week. Draft in on Sunday, races all week, October every Saturday. Cards you draft in League seasons are yours for good.

Explore

Hall of Fame

268 real clubs rebuilt from their actual seasons: every World Series and Negro World Series champion, every pennant winner, and the great teams that never won it all. Each one rated by simulation.

The collection

Cards you collect, then bring to life.

Every card you draft in a League season joins your permanent collection, and the simulation is what brings the collection to life: your club plays its 162 games against other managers' clubs, pitch by pitch, from the players' real records. Every card carries a scout sheet, the player graded 20 to 80 at each position he can play, era-adjusted, and wears the style of its era, from tobacco stock to chrome to the live 2026 edition that regrades every week.

The clubhouse

Your club plays whether or not you are watching.

Set the depth chart and it manages the club: who plays, who rests, which arm comes in. A 40-man reserve holds commons and uncommons for free, and swaps with the active roster are two-way with no tier check. A tired star can go down for a week while a scrub covers.

Legends Plus

A pack every week, and a scout of your own.

The Wax Stash deals a six-card pack every week, whether or not you log in, at the same per-pack odds as the draft. Packs wait sealed until you open them, up to thirty.

Hire a scout. Three personas and nine era scouts each read the players they know on a finer scale, 20 to 99, with a scout's error. The hire takes effect the following Sunday.

Power is never bought. Every card in a Plus pack is a card a free manager can earn in the League; the pack changes your pace, not your ceiling.

The rule

No gambling. No cash awards or prizes.

  • No paid entry, ever. The League is free to play.
  • Nothing in the game has cash value, and nothing is called a prize. Packs, cards and standing are in-game rewards.
  • Power is never bought. Plus changes how fast your collection grows, not how good a card can be.
  • The odds of every pack are printed inside the game.
Empire Sports Analytics

Built on the same simulation work as the projections. Every card is graded from the player's actual seasons, and the pack odds are published the way the model's accuracy is. Read the methodology.
